Characteristic Parameters of Light Response Curves at Late Grain-filling Stage and Its Responses to Nitrogen Application Rate of Winter Wheat

摘要 为明确郑麦366高产生理基础,大田条件下研究了施氮量对郑麦366灌浆中后期旗叶光合作用光响应曲线和产量的影响。结果表明,在施氮量为0-240 kg.hm-2增施氮肥能够提高旗叶最大净光合速率和光饱和点、调节光响应曲线特征参数,改善不同光合有效辐射强度下旗叶光合速率等光合性能,提高籽粒产量;施氮量大于240 kg.hm-2,不同程度地降低旗叶光合性能和籽粒产量。本试验条件下,最适宜施氮量约240kg.hm-2。 In order to define physiology base of yield of Zhengmai 366(a winter wheat cultivar with high quality) the effects of nitrogen application rate on light-response curve of flag leaves at late grain-filling stage and yield of Zhengmai 366 was investigated in field experiment.The result indicated that the maximum net photosynthetic(Pn) of the flag leaves and light saturation point(LSP) was increased and parameter of photosynthetic characteristics in light-response curve was adjusted and net photosynthetic of the flag leaves under different photosynthetic available radiation(PAR) was improved and grain yield was increased with increasing nitrogen application rate from 0 to 240 kg·hm-2.Photosynthetic characteristics and grain yield decreased with excessive nitrogen applied amount more than 240 kg·hm-2.Under this experiment condition,the optimum nitrogen rate was about 240 kg·hm-2.
