摘要
在Gleeble 3800热模拟试验机上,在接近叶片模锻变形速率条件下,系统分析了GH4413合金的高温压缩变形行为,建立了合金热塑性图和热加工再结晶图,获得的最佳热加工工艺成功应用于大尺寸叶片的模锻生产。叶片解剖分析表明,叶片组织均匀、致密,晶粒细小,无明显冶金缺陷和热加工缺陷,性能完全满足技术条件要求。
The compressing deformation behaviors of a superalloy GH4413 at high temperature and high strain rate,which was close to the die forging process of the blade,were investigated systemically on a Glleeble-3800 simulator.The hot ductility and processing recrystallization maps were developed to result in the hot working schedules,which had been successfully applied for the practical process of the blades with the largest size in China.Anatomical examination shows that the whole blade has well-distributed structure with the fine grains,but no obvious metallurgical and processing defects,and favorable mechanical properties.
