摘要 为解决综放工作面端头支架移架困难,影响支护效率等问题,运用理论分析和现场实测的方法,对王庄矿5213综放工作面端头顶板支护参数进行测定,分析巷道表面位移和离层情况,对比分析了排头架、排尾架或单体液压支柱配合铰接顶梁支护和端头支架2种支护方式的矿压显现规律和平均移架时间。结果表明,在超前支承压力的影响范围50 m左右,巷道表面变形在300 mm之内,前种支护方式比端头支架支护方式的移架时间缩短了近1/2。因此,在现场操作中,端头顶板在原有5根锚杆的基础上,采用单体液压支柱配合铰接顶梁支护的联合支护更满足实际支护需求。 In order to solve the face end support difficult removing,the influenced support efficiency and other problems of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face,the theoretical analysis and the site measuring method was applied to measure the support parameters of the face end roof in No.5213 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face of Wangzhuang Mine and analyze the surface displacement and separation of the gateway.A comparison analysis was conducted on the mine strata pressure behavior law and average support removing time of the two support methods as the beginning support,the rear support or the hydraulic single prop with the connected roof beam support and face end support.The results showed that when the influence scope of the advance support pressure was about 50 m,the surface deformation of the gateway would be within 300 mm and the support removing time of the first support method would be about 1/2 shorter than the face end support method.Therefore in the site operation,based on the previous five bolts applied in the roof of the face end,the hydraulic single props and connected beam support combined support would be more sufficient to meet the actual support requirements.
