摘要
研究了超临界状态下航空煤油RP-3在U型管内的压降特性,分析了温度和压力对于流动压降的影响规律.实验结果表明:当煤油的出口温度低于临界温度时,压降随压力的增大而增大,随温度的升高变化很小;当煤油的出口温度大于临界温度时,压降随压力的升高而减小,随温度的升高而增大.在拟临界点附近,压降随温度的变化斜率突然增大.另外,基于实验结果,提出了一种用压力和温度修正的摩擦阻力系数关联式,用于预测超临界压力状态下煤油在U型管中的平均摩擦压降.
The flowing characteristics of aviation kerosene at supercritical pressure flowing through a U-turn tube were investigated.The pressure and temperature were analyzed to evaluate their effectiveness on the pressure drop.The results indicate that,when the temperature of the fuel at the outlet is below the critical temperature,the pressure drop does not change with the increase of the temperature of the fuel,but increases with the rising pressure;when it is above the critical temperature,the pressure drop increases with the increasing temperature,and decreases with the increasing of pressure.The slope of pressure drop with temperature increases near the pseudo-critical temperature.Furthermore,a relation-formal was proposed to predict the pressure drop when hydrocarbon fuel flowed through a U-turn tube at supercritical pressure.
