用Cl^-型Mg-Al水滑石低温原位合成镁铝尖晶石粉 被引量:3

In-situ Synthesized Mg-Al Spinel at Low Temperature Used Chloride Ion Mg-Al Hydrotalcites

摘要 以氯化镁、氯化铝、氯化钠和氢氧化钠为原料,采用共沉淀法制备了Mg-Al水滑石并以其为前体通过低温焙烧-插层重构-原位合成镁铝尖晶石(MgAl2O4)粉体。利用XRD、FTIR、SEM和EDS对样品进行表征。结果表明,镁铝摩尔比例为1∶1.5条件下制备的水滑石前体、850℃焙烧2 h以及4次重构后,可获得结晶度高、晶形良好、晶粒尺寸较小的镁铝尖晶石粉体。 Mg-Al hydrotalcites are prepared by coprecipitation method taking the MgCl2,AlCl3,NaCl and NaOH as raw materials.Using this hydrotalcites as precursor,the Mg-Al spinel powders were synthesized by low temperature roast,intercalation and reconstruction,In-situ synthesizion procedure.The samples are characterized by XRD,FTIR,SEM and EDS technology.The results show that the Mg-Al spinel powders of high crystallinity,well crystal shape,the smaller the grain size can be hold with Mg-Al ratio of 1∶1.5,the calcinations temperature of 850 ℃ and heat preservation of 2 hours,reconstruction of 4 times.
