摘要
从云南烤烟B2F的组织中分离出一株内生菌株HBBB201。根据显微形态鉴定为粗糙脉孢霉菌(Neurospru sp.)。该菌株发酵液添加到成品烟叶中,检测烟叶中烟碱和亚硝酸盐含量的变化。结果表明:可有效降低烟叶中烟碱和亚硝酸盐含量。添加量为5%时,烟碱可降低33.9%,亚硝酸盐降低19.2%。
A tobacco endophytic fungi HBBB201 was isolated from tobacco leaves from Yunnan,and it was identified as a fungi Neurospru sp.by microscopy morphology.When it's metabolite was sprayed on tobacco leaves,the contents of nicotin and nitrite in tobacco leaves was reduced.The contents of nicotin was reduced 33.9%,nitrite 19.2% with 5% metabolite on tobacco leaves.
