摘要
[目的]研究红掌组培中不定芽诱导和增殖的最佳培养基。[方法]对不同浓度MS培养基、不同浓度细胞分裂素6-BA、不同浓度生长素NAA和IBA对红掌组织培养中不定芽诱导和增殖的影响进行研究。[结果]MS培养基对红掌不定芽诱导效果最好,分化率为85.96%,增殖系数为4.12;1.0 mg/L 6-BA为红掌不定芽诱导和增殖的最佳浓度,分化率为96.30%,增殖系数为6.67;0.3 mg/L IBA为红掌不定芽诱导的最佳生长素浓度,诱导率为96.31%。[结论]红掌组培中不定芽诱导和增殖最佳配比为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA0.3 mg/L。
[Objective] The aim was to study the optimal culture concentration of proliferation of adventitious buds induction in tissue culture of Anthurium andraeanum.[Method]The factors which was different concentrations of MS medium,cytokinin6-BA,growth hormone NAA and IBA that influencing the adventitious buds induction and proliferation in tissue culture of Anthurium andraeanum were studied.[Result]The results showed that MS medium was the best for adventitious buds and the induction rate was 85.96%,the proliferation coefficient was 4.12;1.0 mg/L 6-BA for the adventitious buds was the optimal concentrations and the induction rate was 96.30%,proliferation coefficient was 6.67.0.3 mg/L IBA for the adventitious buds was the optimal concentrations and the induction rate was 96.31%.[Conclusion] MS +6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.3 mg/L was the most appropriate ratio of adventitious buds induction in tissue culture of Anthurium andraeanum.
