摘要
针对一端和两端带并联电抗器的超高压同杆双回输电线路,分析故障相并联电抗器电压的测量值与实际计算值以及中性点小电抗电压特性,提出一种基于故障相并联电抗器电压的计算值与实际测量值之差同中性点小电抗器电压的幅值比来实现区分失压可恢复绝缘故障与失压不可恢复绝缘故障的判别原理。利用该方法可以区分失压可恢复绝缘故障与失压不可恢复绝缘故障,具有较高的灵敏度。利用EMTP对瞬时性故障与永久性故障时故障相并联电抗器的电压特性进行了大量的仿真,结果表明该方法能够有效地判别故障的性质,可靠地实现同杆双回输电线路自适应重合闸。
For an EHV double circuit transmission lines with one or two terminal shunt reactors,the characteristics of the measured voltage and calculated voltage on shunt reactor of faulted phase and the voltage on the neutral point reactor are analyzed.A new principle which uses the amplitude ratio of the difference of calculated and measured voltage on faulted phase shunt reactor to the voltage on neutral point reactor is proposed to distinguish the transient fault from the permanent fault.Using EMTP,the voltage characteristic of shunt reactor on faulted phase is simulated for the transient fault and the permanent fault.Simulation results show that the proposed method can identify the nature of the fault,and has a high sensitivity.The new approach can be used to achieve adaptive reclosure on double circuit transmission line reliably.
