摘要
本文根据微波在Fabry-Perot腔内与微波非线性介质的相互作用机理,得到了双稳态的透射输出特性,利用这一特性可以用来制成一类全新的快速本征型微波开关。进一步,讨论了腔内微波的简并四波混频,得到了相应入射微波信号的反射共轭波,该波受泵浦波的控制,由此可以制成一类微波控开关。
Based on the mechanism of microwave interacting with nonlinear media in Fabry-Perot cavity, the microwave bistability of transmission are obtained, which can be used to produce a new fast microwave intrinsic switch. Furthermore, the degenerate four wave mixing of microwave in cavity are discussed. The conjugate reflecting wave are obtained, and the reflecting microwave controlled by the pumping wave, which can be used to make a new microwave controlling switch.
