摘要
在全球化的今天,提高广大在职基层民警的英语口语交流能力尤为重要。通过审视基层民警现有英语水平,采用英语学习阶段训练法,由简到繁,层层递进,提升基层民警的英语口语交流能力以适应社会发展需要。
It is of great importance for grassroots policemen to improve their ability to speak fluent English nowadays.Because of their limited English knowledge,phrase training method,which starts from the fundamental to the advanced and then develops step by step,is supposed to be adopted here to promote grassroots policemen＇s oral English to meet the needs of the society.
