摘要
提出了一个结构简单的混合模式滤波器模型电路。由该模型电路可产生一阶低通、一阶高通及二阶低通、二阶带通滤波器。所有滤波器仅由一个CCⅡ及四至五个接地RC元件构成。比较同类电路[5],这一电路结构简单得多,且所有RC元件接地,便于集成。
This paper proposes a mixed mode filter with a simple structure. Based on this configuration, a first order lowpass or highpass filters and a second order lowpass or highpass filter can be constructed. Each filter consists of only one CCⅡ and four/five grounded RC elements. Compared with a similar circuit [5] , these circuits have the feature of simpler structure, and easy integration due to grounding of all the RC elements as well as very low sensitivities.
