摘要
凸轮廓线的设计方法有图解法和解析法。无论用哪一种方法进行凸轮廓线的设计,都是基于"反转法"这样一个基本原理。为了使初学者加深对"反转法"设计凸轮廓线原理的理解,运用CAXA电子图版二次开发功能开发出了直动从动件盘形凸轮廓线设计虚拟实验。实现了凸轮基本参数和从动件运动特性定义、计算凸轮轮廓线数据、以及按图解法绘图步骤生成凸轮廓线等功能。实验过程演示结果证明该虚拟实验能根据实验要求快速完成凸轮廓线的设计。
There are two cam contour design methods,graphical method and analytical method.No matter which method is used to design cam profile,all are based on such a basic principle,the "reverse method".For beginners to deepen the understanding of principle of the "inversion method" cam profile designation,using CAXA secondary development function the virtual experiment of direct-acting follower cam contour designation is developed.Functions mentioned below are realized.According to the basic parameters and the cam follower motion characteristics definition entered by the experimenter,cam profile data is calculated,and cam profile is generated according to the graphic drawing step.Experiment results show that virtual experiments can quickly complete the experimental design of cam profile according to experiment requirements
