摘要 建设低碳城市与发展低碳经济密切相关。江苏常州在建设低碳城市的实践中采取了产业结构调整、低碳产业优先发展、引进和创新研发低碳技术、公交优先、开发低碳住宅、建立低碳示范区等措施,成效显著。据此提出了重视低碳城市建设规划、产业结构优化、低碳技术支持、发展低碳交通和建筑、提高碳汇、宣传市民低碳意识、参与低碳行动等8条建设低碳城市的路径。 Build low-carbon city and develop low-carbon economy are closely interlinked.Tthere are seven areas of Changzhou city in Jiangsu province for construction of low-carbon city,such as industrial restructuring,give priority to the development of low-carbon property,developing low-carbon technologies,bus priority,low carbon housing and low-carbon experimental area.Meanwhile the paper puts forward eight suggestions about low-carbon city construction,including pay great attention to low-carbon city programming,industrial structure optimization,low-carbon technologies support,the development of low carbon transport and construction,carry out carbon sequestration,promote low carbon awareness for citizens and participate in low carbon actions.
