摘要
本文通过对盛京医院1994-2008年的获奖科研成果级别与数量、获奖成果的发展趋势、学科(专业)分布及成果第一完成人的年龄结构进行统计分析,找出医院成果获奖的内在规律,进而为医院科研人才的培养制订出更为科学、完善的规划提供依据,使医院达到"具有完整的学术梯队、完善的学科设置、完备的人才培养规划",逐步实现向科研型医院的过渡。
The writers made a statistical analysis on the grade and number of the award-winning scientific achievements,the development trend of the award-winning achievements, the distribution of disciplines and majors and the age structure of the first person involved in 1994-2008, found the internal laws of the award-winning achievements and provided a base for both scientific and perfect planning for training scientific research personnel so that the hospital has thorough academic echelon, perfect subject setting and impeccable planning for talent training and puts itself in a gradual transition to a scientific research centered hospital.
