摘要 目的探索适合专科医院的护理人力资源管理模式。方法对专科医院护理人力资源现状进行分析,提出科学管理措施并实施。结果降低了护理人力投入成本,发挥了护理人力的最大效能,完善了护理服务内涵。结论加强护理人力资源的科学管理,是护理质量与服务的基本保证,能最大限度地提高护理工作效率。 In order to find the management modes of nursing human resources adaptive to specialized hospitals, the writers put forward scientific management measures and put them into practice after analyzing the present situations of nursing human resources in specialized hospitals. As a result, the cost input in nursing human resources has been reduced, the maximal efficiency of the nursing human resources performed and the connotation of medical service improved and upgraded. Therefore, strengthening scientific management of nursing human resources can guarantee basically nursing quality and service, and maximize nursing efficiency.
