摘要
医院后勤社会化是医院体制改革和发展的需要,探索社会化的医院保洁管理新路子,是值得当今医院管理者研究的课题。本文提出了实行医院、保洁公司双向管理的模式,医院对保洁质量加大监控管理力度,由专门的监管部门根据保洁监管的不同阶段采取重点不同的监督管理方法,使医院的保洁质量上了一个新台阶。
The socialization of logistics in hospitals is a demand for the system reform and development of hospitals and exploring the way of the socialized administration on cleaning work in hospitals is a subject which is worth studying for the administrators of the hospitals nowadays.The writers put forward the bidirectional management modes for both hospital and housekeeping company and their hospital enhance the supervision and management of cleaning quality and the special department of supervision take different key methods of supervision and management in accordance with the different periods of cleaning supervision and management.Thus the cleaning quality in our hospital is promoted to a new stage.
