摘要
甘露糖受体为甘露糖受体家族的成员之一，属于C型凝集素受体，是一种重要的模式识别受体，多表达于巨噬细胞和未成熟的树突状细胞。既往研究表明它参与多种生物学功能，如维持内环境的稳定、先天性和获得性免疫及病原微生物感染的清除。然而，最新的进展证实它还介入生殖、细胞的黏附、迁移以及细胞活化等多种功能。它在肿瘤的转移、呼吸系统疾病、肾脏疾病等多种疾病病理生理过程中发挥了重要的作用，具有极其重要的临床价值。
Mannose receptor belongs to C type lectin receptor. It is an important pattern recognition receptor and expressed in macrophages and immature dendritic cells. Previous study showed that it participated in multiple biological functions, such as maintaining homeostasis, innate and acquired immune,and clearance of pathogenic microorganisms infected. However, recent progress confirms that mannose receptor is also involved in reproduction, cell adhesion ＆nd migration, and cell activation. It plays an important role in the tumor metastasis, respiratorY diseases,kidney diseases and other diseases, which may possess important clinical value.
