摘要
新建兰渝铁路新作坊三线隧道为超大断面隧道,设计采用双侧壁导洞法施工。文章简要介绍了双侧壁导洞法的施工工艺、施工效果及监控措施,并针对原设计施工工艺与实际施工的不适应性,以及对部分工序采取的优化措施进行了研究分析。施工实践表明,优化工艺在新作坊隧道施工中效果明显,相信此优化施工技术对今后类似铁路超大断面隧道设计施工具有指导借鉴意义。
Triple-track Xinzuofang tunnel with large profile on the newly built Lanzhou-Chongqing railway was designed to be constructed by double side-heading method.The construction technology and monitoring measures involved are presented in this paper.The inappropriateness of construction technology of the original design and some optimized measures of construction procedure are analyzed.The practice indicated that the new technology played a significant role in the construction of Xinzuofang tunnel and the optimized construction techniques can be taken for reference by the similar design and construction of railway tunnel with large profile.
