摘要
实验试制了590MPa级C-Si-Mn-Cr系高强热轧双相钢,同时分析了合金元素Si对双相钢微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Si含量增加0.5%后,组织中铁素体含量增加了3%,硬度提高了HV20;双相钢抗拉强度提高了41MPa,屈服强度提高了8MPa,降低了屈强比,伸长率提高了8%,塑性得到显著改善。
590 MPa grade C-Si-Mn-Cr high strength hot rolled dual phase steel was developed in this experiment. The effects of Si on microstructure and properties of dual phase steel were analyzed.The results showed that after the content of Si increasing 0.5%,the content of ferrite was increased 3%and its hardness was increased HV20;the tensile strength of dual phase steel was increased 41MPa,the yield strength was increased 8MPa,the yield strength/tensile strength ration was decreased and the elongation was increased 8%.The ductility of dual phase steel was improved greatly.
