基于SHPB试验的纤维增强陶瓷材料抗爆能力的研究 被引量:2

Study on Anti-burst Performance of Fiber Reinforced Porcelain Based on Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar Test

摘要 为分析纤维添加量对陶瓷材料抗爆性能的影响,应用霍普金森压杆(SHPB)试验对3组不同纤维含量的陶瓷试样进行了冲击试验,得到了断裂强度及应变率曲线。试验结果表明:添加5%纤维的增韧陶瓷具有更高的断裂强度和更低的应变率,该成分对于改善陶瓷的动态冲击强度和抗爆性能效果最好。 Split hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)was used to study the effect of three different fiber volume fractions to anti-burst performance of composite porcelain.The stress and strain rate curves were obtained.The test results show that the reinforced porcelain with adding 5% fiber addition has higher fracture stress and lower strain rate,and best anti-burst performance.This composition has the best effect for improving the dynamic impact strength and ceramic anti-explosion performance of the porcelain.
