边缘叶脑炎诊治进展 被引量：7

摘要 边缘叶脑炎(LE)指选择性累及边缘性结构(海马、杏仁核、下丘脑、岛叶及扣带回皮质等),临床表现为边缘性结构功能障碍的中枢神经系统炎性疾病。目前对LE的诊断主要依赖于临床表现、脑部MRI、脑电图及脑脊液检查结果。LE的病因包括感染性及自身免疫性,后者又分为副肿瘤性和非副肿瘤性。随着对LE自身抗体的研究进展,对LE的免疫学机制认识逐渐深入。
