亚硫酸氢烟酰胺甲萘醌的胚胎毒性及致畸性

摘要 亚硫酸氢烟酰胺甲萘醌(维生素K3-MNB),是1,2,3,4-四氢-2-甲基-1,4-二氧代-2-萘磺酸与3-吡啶甲酰胺的化合物,白色结晶粉末。维生素K3是维生素营养补充剂。而维生素K为肝脏合成原酶(因子B)的必需物质,并参与凝血因子Ⅱ,VII,IX和X的合成,维持动物的血液凝固生理过程。
