添加红柱石对高炉炭砖孔径分布与热导率影响 被引量:1

Effect of Andalusite on the Pore Size Distribution and Thermal Conductivity of Carbon Block for Blast Furnace

摘要 采用X射线衍射仪、压汞仪、激光导热仪、扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析仪等测试手段,研究了不同红柱石加入量的焙烧炭砖的孔径分布及热导率;并借助灰色关联理论分析了气孔孔径区间与炭砖热导率的相关性。结果表明:炭砖的气孔孔径分布受红柱石的分解和SiC生成量共同影响。其提高微孔化的机理是:引入的红柱石在1 300℃开始原位分解可提高微孔化,同时红柱石有利于SiC晶须数量增多,促进了炭砖的微孔化。炭砖的热导率受气孔孔径分布影响,试验中<0.1μm的气孔孔径区间与炭砖热导率的灰色关联度最大,即影响最大。 Effect of andalusite addition on the pore size distribution and thermal conductivity of carbon blocks was investigated by using XRD,mercury porosimeter,laser thermal conductivity instrument,SEM and EDS etc.Meanwhile,the correlation between different intervals of pore size and thermal conductivity of the carbon blocks was studied by means of grey relational theory.The results show that the pore size distribution of carbon block is strongly influenced by both effects of the decomposition of andalusite and the formation amount of SiC.The thermal conductivity is influenced by the pore size distribution.The pore size interval of 0.1μm have the highest gray relational degree with the thermal conductivity in this experiment.
