中药对不同运动训练的大鼠红细胞形态学变化的影响 被引量:3

The Impact on the Change of the RBC's Form of the Rats in the Training by the Chinese Medicines

摘要 红细胞的功能是转运氧,红细胞正常的形态与其功能密不可分,运动训练会造成红细胞形态学的改变,是影响红细胞功能和破坏增加的重要因素。本研究通过对大鼠进行7周的递增负荷跑台训练,运动引起大鼠红细胞中刺状细胞显著增多,异常率显著增加,红细胞破坏增加,是引起运动大鼠血红蛋白浓度显著下降的主要因素之一。经过7周中药干预同样运动大鼠的红细胞异常率显著下降、刺状细胞数显著降低,表明中药干预有利于改善运动大鼠红细胞形态以及功能,对减少运动造成的红细胞破坏、维持血红蛋白浓度具有积极作用。 Oxygen transporting is the main effect of RBC.The form of RBC is undivided with the effect.Exercise training changes the RBCs' form,and it was also the main reason of destruction and affection to RBCs.In this study,the rats had increased training load in the running during 7 weeks.This training let the form of the rats had changed significantly and could be damaged easily.Through this,the Hb of the rats was low.The study used the traditional Chinese Medicine to intervene the rats.The number of abnormal form of the RBC in training rats was significantly lower than the movement control rats.It means that the traditional Chinese Medicine can have the good effect to keep the RBC in the normal form and effect.
