摘要
目的观察Vitapex糊剂在治疗慢性根尖周炎根管充填的临床效果。方法 试验组和对照组各110例慢性根尖周炎患者。试验组采用Vitapex糊剂加牙胶尖充填根管;对照组则采用氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖进行根充。观察术后24h和7d的疼痛反应情况及1年后疗效。结果试验组术后24h和7d疼痛反应率为20.9%和4.5%,对照组分别为44.5%和16.4%;1年后的疗效:试验组成功率为91.0%,对照组为80.9%,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Vitapex糊剂用于慢性根尖周炎的根管充填治疗效果良好。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment of chronic apical periodontitis with vitapex paste. Methods 220 patients with 220 infected teeth were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were treated with vitapex paste plus gutta-pereha. The control group were treated with traditional zinc exide olive oil paste and gutta-percha. Pain reaction was recorded at 24h and on the seventh day after the root canal therapy. Periapical radiograph was taken before and after 1 year. Results The pain reaction rates at 24h and on the seventh day in the treatment group were 20.9% and 4.5%, while the rates were 44.5% and 16.4% in control group. After one year, success rates of two groups were 91.0% and 80.9%. Difference between treatment group and control group was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is an effective method to treat chronic apical periodontitis with vitapex paste in root canal therapy.
