直链烷基为端基官能团的疏水型树状大分子的合成及性质 被引量:2

Synthesis and properties of hydrophobic dendrimer with linear alkyl as terminated functional group

摘要 以乙二胺为中心核,丙烯酸甲酯为支化单体,1,2-环氧辛烷为端基官能团,设计合成了一种聚酰胺胺-1,2-环氧辛烷树状大分子,使用核磁共振、红外光谱对合成得到的产物进行了结构表征,结果和设计的分子结构吻合。用紫外光谱研究发现随着分子代数的增加,树状大分子在最大吸收波长处的吸收强度增加,而且最大吸收波长从240nm红移到242nm。通过热分析研究表明,树状大分子的玻璃化温度为-9.7℃;其初始降解温度约为108℃左右。所合成的树状大分子能溶解于三氯甲烷和二氯甲烷,不溶于水和环己烷,微溶于甲苯。 The polyamidoamine-1,2-octenoxid dendrimer was designed and synthesized with ethylenediamine as center core,methyl acrylate as branch monomer and 1,2-octenoxid as terminated functional group.Molecular structure of the dendrimer was characterized by FTIR,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR and results agreed to design.The absorbency of the dendrimer increased with generation through UV-Visible spectrum.Furthermore,the maximum absorption wavelength shifted from 240nm to 242nm when its generation increased.In additional,Tg of the dendirmer was-9.7℃ and its initial decomposition temperature was 108℃ through thermal analysis.The synthesized dendrimer could dissolve in chloroform,dichloromethane but not in water,cyclohexane.And it slightly dissolved in toluene.
