ARM控制的自平衡电桥在线测米电阻系统

摘要 为解决原有在线测米电阻系统不能实现智能测量以及接触电阻和引线电阻对测量结果影响较大的问题,设计了一种智能在线测米电阻系统,给出了相应的硬件实现方式和软件操作流程。系统以LM3S2110处理器为核心,采用自平衡电桥在线测量米电阻,并利用12位A/D转换器MAX187完成模/数转换,实现智能化检测。运行结果表明,系统能够实现在线智能测试,提高了可靠性和测量精度。 To solve the problems existing in original meter-resistance measuring system,e.g.,hard to implement intelligent measurement,and big influence of contact resistance and lead-in resistance on measurement result,etc.,thus an intelligent online meter-resistance measuring system has been designed.Related hardware implementation and software flowchart are given.The system is composed of LM3S2110 processor as the kernel;and by adopting the balance bridge meter-resistance is measured online.The A/D conversion is accomplished by using 12-bit converter MAX187 to implement intelligent detection.The operational result shows that the system is able to realize online intelligent detection and greatly enhances the reliability and measurement accuracy.
