摘要
根据断面硬度值的分布,对车轮表面硬度不合格品进行分类,寻找影响表面硬度不合格的主要原因,认为轧前加热导致的车轮表面脱碳是导致车轮表面硬度不合格的主要因素,并制定了对策。
Non-conforming train wheels due to surface hardness disqualifications was classified based on the distribution of section hardness and the main causes of surface hardness non-conformance were found out.Surface decarburization during preheating was believed to be the main reason for the surface hardness problems and countermeasures were drawn up.
