摘要
目的通过研究患者运动前后血液流变学的改变及其与冠脉病变的关系,以确立冠心病早期诊断的新方法。方法以43例经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者,根据其冠脉病变的程度与范围分为若干亚组,对比观察患者无症状期运动试验前后的血液流变学变化,并将16例冠脉无病变者作为对照组。结果冠心病组运动前与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),运动后较对照组ηb低切、ηp、RAI、Fb明显增高(P<0.05~P<0.001)。冠心病组运动后ηb高切、ηb低切、ηp、RAI、IR、Fb较运动前明显增高(P<0.01和P<0.001)。运动后轻度狭窄组与中重度狭窄组间无显著差异(P>0.05),而多支病变组较单支病变组ηb高切、ηb低切、RAI、Fb明显增高(P<0.05~P<0.001)。结论冠心病患者运动前后血液流变学变化的显著性差异与冠脉病变有显著相关性。
Objective By studying relation between
the hemorrheologic changes and the damaged degree of coronary artery in patients so as to
establish a new way of early diagnosis in CHD. Methods According to the degree and range of
coronary artery damage,43 CHD cases diagnosed with coronary arteriography were divided into
amount of groups.The hemorrheologic changes before and following exercise test were
observed in coronary heard disease(CHD) cases and their asymptomatic phage and control
group in 16 cases whose coronary artery was not damaged. ResultsBZ]Before exercise test,the
hemorrheologic changes were not singnificant between the contrasting group and the CHD
group(P>0.05).nb low shear,np,RAI and Fb increased more significantly in the CHD group than
the contrasting group following exercise test(P<0.05P<0.01).nb high shear,nb loe
shear,np,RAI,IR and Fb in the CHD group increased more remarkable among the light
group,middle and heavy groups(P>0.05).But n b high shear,b b low shear,n p,RAI and Fb of
cases with many branches coronary artery stenosis increased more remarkably than the single
branch coronary artery stenosis(P<0.05P<0.01). ConclusionTBZ]The hemorrheologic changes in
CHD patients had singificant difference between before and following exercise test.There was
significant relation between these difference and coronary artery damaged ranges.
