摘要
用吡喹酮(100mg/kg)治疗感染日本血吸虫42d后的家兔,1周后用相同剂量的吡喹酮重复治疗1次。用成虫表皮膜抗原-酶联免疫吸附试验(TA-ELISA)和虫卵可溶性抗原-酶联免疫吸附试验(SEA-ELISA)分别检测治愈后的家兔血清中特异性IgG下降水平。结果发现家兔血清中抗TA的特异性IgG在治愈后5个月降至正常水平(OD 492nm<0.2),而抗SEA的特异性IgG仍维持在一个较高的水平(ODx=0.57),二者相比,差异有显著性意义,提示疗效考核时,TA-ELISA法优于SEA-ELISA法。
Rabbits infected with S,japonicum for 42 days were treated with Praziquental(100mg/kg) and were given the same drug in the same dose again after 1 week The levels of specific IgG in cured rabbits were assayed by tegumen-tal membrane antigen-ELISA (TA-ELISA) and soluble eggs antigen-ELISA (SEA-ELISA).The results showed that the level of anti-TA IgG in these rabbits dropped to normal (x<0.2)while anti-SEA IgG maintained its high level(x=0.57) at the 5th month after effective treatment.There was a significant difference between them.From the above it may be suggested that TA-ELISA is superior to SEA-ELISA in assessing the therapeutic efficacy of ELISA.
