肠黏膜屏障功能与肠易激综合征发病关系研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是一组表现为间歇或持续发作腹痛或腹部不适,伴随排便异常的疾病,缺乏胃肠道结构和生化异常.其病因及发病机制复杂,目前越来越多的研究证实肠道黏膜屏障功能障碍是肠易激综合征患者重要的病理生理变化,而肠道黏膜固有层炎性细胞增多及肠道低度炎症的存在可能与肠道黏膜屏障改变密切相关,是其原因,抑或是其结果?本文就肠道黏膜屏障功能与肠易激综合征关系的研究进展进行综述.
