摘要
目的探讨灵芝多糖口服液对老龄小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法用C5712月~18月老龄小鼠36只,随机分为三组。A组每只给灵芝多糖口服液0.3ml/10g;B组每只给灵芝多糖口服液0.15ml/10g;C组每只给生理盐水0.2ml/10g,每天灌胃一次,10天后,测定红细胞、肝细胞、脑细胞内的SOD含量。结果A组红细胞、脑细胞内SOD含量与对照组相比明显增高(P<0.01),A组肝细胞与B组红细胞、脑细胞、肝细胞内SOD含量均增高(P<0.05)。结论灵芝多糖口服液可提高SOD含量,增强机体对自由基的清除能力,故能减少自由基对机体的损伤,有延缓衰老之功效。
Objective:To study the anti-aging effect of ganoderma polysaccharide on old-aged mice.Method:Thirty-six old-aged mice C57 between 12-18 months were divided into three groups (AB and C)randomly and were administered by transgastric perfusion 0.3ml/10g and 0.15ml/10g of ganoderma polysaccharide solution and 0.2 ml/10g of normal saline respectively.Ten days later,the contents of SOD in erythrocyte ,hepatocyte and cerebral cell were detected respectively.Results:The contents of SOD in erythrocyte and cerebral cell in group A were remarkably higher than those in group c (P<0.01).The contents of SOD in erythrocyte,cerebral cell of group B and in hepatocyte of both group A and group B were higher than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ganoderma polysaccharide solution can increase the content of SOD and improve body's capacity of clearing free radical,which reduce damages of free radical to organism and produce anti-aging effects.
