摘要
Matlab/Simulink仿真与大型过程控制实验装置实验相结合,采用Matlab/Simulink仿真技术,并以实测得到的实验对象模型为仿真原型,按照控制系统的实际情况构建Simulink仿真模型进行Matlab仿真,用仿真得到的控制参数指导实验装置实验中的参数选取,提出了Matlab仿真与实物实验相结合的过程控制实验模式,探索解决仿真与控制相脱离的问题,提高实验效率与效果.以液位串级控制系统为例,说明实验的过程与方法,着重阐述了被控对象模型的测定方法,以及基于实际控制系统的Simulink仿真模型的构建及动态仿真,并对仿真与实物实验进行了分析对比.
The Matlab/Simulink simulation is combined with large process control experiment equipments using the physical experiment object measured as simulation prototype.The Simulink simulation model is built according to the real situation of control system and is simulated with Matlab.Then the control parameters getting from the simulation can be used to instruct the choice of parameters in the experiment equipments.In this paper,the process control experiment mode combining the Matlab simulation with physical experiment is proposed.The problem that the simulation is far away from physical control process is studied and this experiment mode will improve experimental efficiency and effectiveness.Here the level cascade control system is used as an example to explain the experiment procedure and method.It focuses on measurement method of controlled real object model,establishing method as well as dynamic simulation of Simulink simulation model based on real control system.The results of simulation and physical experiments are analyzed and compared.
