摘要
针对煤矿减速机连续作业的特殊要求,设计嵌入式煤矿减速机健康状态评价系统。阐述该系统的软硬件组成部分,提出将专家系统中的推理机制引入该系统的方法,而且该系统还包含整机评价子系统,可以更好地指导设备管理与维修,有利于实现资产效益最大化。
An embedded health evaluation system was designed for coal mine reducer＇s special requirements of continuous operation.Its components of hardware and software were described,and the method adding reasoning mechanism of expert systems into the system was proposed.The complete machine evaluation subsystem was included in this system which was helpful for equipment management,maintenance and efficiency of assets.
