摘要
针对薄壁铸态铁素体球铁生产中的问题,对含 Bi 硅基孕育剂对铸态铁素体球铁的孕育效果及对石墨形态的影响作了实验室试验。结果表明,含适量 Bi 的硅基孕育剂能较显著地提高铸态铁素体球铁孕育效果,尤其适合于铸态铁素体薄壁小件。控制好孕育剂中 Bi 含量,Bi 对石墨形态不会产生不良影响。
In order to solve the problems existed in the production of thin wall ductile iron with ferritic matrix in as-cast state,much work has been done in the lab about the effect of ferrosilicon base inoculant conta- inning Bi on inoculation effects.The results show that ferrosilicon base inoculant containning appropriate quantity of Bi can significantly improve the inoculation effects of as-cast ferritic matrix ductile iron,especially for thin small castings and can not affect the form of spherical graphite.
