摘要
密切值法作为一种多目标的决策方法适用于多测点、多指标的水环境质量评价系统。在分析密切值法的原理、方法与步骤的基础上,引入熵权法确定各评价指标的权重,运用改进密切值法对大连市地下水水质进行综合评价。研究表明,基于熵权的改进密切值法的评价结果具有直接、客观,各个样本间差异性大,结果对比更明显等特点,能直观地体现大连市区的地下水水质状况。在评价过程中还可得出大连市区地下水质的主要超标项目,可以有针对性地进行污染的控制与治理。
As a multi-objective decision-making method, the osculating value method which is applicable to multi-measuring points is an integrative evaluation index system. This paper firstly analyzed the principle and procedure of osculating value method. Then the objective dispersion rate was introduced to standardize the monitoring data, so that the difference between two assessment indexes such as the dimension, magnitude, good or bad index can be effectively eliminated. The entropy method was adopted to calculate the weight of each index and the judgement was carried out by information theory. Therefore, it was more objective than the traditional methods which either neglected the weights or preferred the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index. Furthermore, on the basis of groundwater monitoring data of 8 samples from Dalian, such assessment indexes like total dissolved solids, total hardness, chloride, nitrate, sulfate and ammoniacal nitride were chosen by standard index method. Lastly, the osculating values of all samples and 5 standard grades were calculated by using modified osculating value method. Thus, the groundwater quality grades and sequence of samples could be obtained and the variation of same grade samples could also be reflected by these osculating values. The assessment results would provide a basis to optimize the exploitation schemes of groundwater and to protect the groundwater environment. Meanwhile, the main indexes exceeding the standard can be obtained in the course of assessment. The corresponding measures of contamination control and remediation can be put forward according to these indexes. The case study showed that the principle of the modified osculating value method was simple and easy for calculation. The osculating values could magnify the differences between such samples remarkably, which helps to compare superior or inferior samples. The assessment results were more direct, objective and clear. Therefore it is effective and feasible to assess the groundwater quality by using the modified osculating value method.
