摘要
选用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)作为羊毛接枝增重单体,采用乳液聚合法接枝羊毛,探讨了在相同接枝工艺条件下,影响接枝增重率的其他因素,得出了接枝增重的适宜工艺条件;采用红外光谱(FTIR)和电镜观察分析接枝后纤维表面形态的变化,验证接枝的发生;并研究了接枝对羊毛吸湿性,抗起毛起球及染色性能的影响。实验表明:双氧水/抗坏血酸(H2O2/H2A)氧化还原体系,对甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)羊毛接枝增重有较好的效果,且甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)接枝羊毛织物的抗起球性能有明显提高。
This paper selects MMA as graft-weighting monomer for the modified wool which is used by emulsion polymerization.It is to discuss the other factors affecting the weighting percentage under the same grafting process and obtain the optimized graft-weighting process.By observation and analysis using FTIR and EM,it observes the changes of its appearance and verify the result of grafting.Also it studies the influence on its absorbency,anti-fuzzing and pilling properties and dyeing properties of grafted wool.The experiment indicates that the H2O2 /H2A redox system can improve the effectiveness of the MMA graft weighting of wool and its anti-pilling properties can also significant increased.
