摘要
湿法炼锌系统中氟氯含量的控制是该行业的一个重要课题。氟氯含量得到控制后,可降低阴阳极的消耗,稳定产品质量,减少对设备和管道的腐蚀,改善工作环境。本文对进入和排出湿法炼锌系统氟氯进行平衡分析,以更好地控制生产过程,提高产品质量。
Control of F and Cl content in the zinc hydrometallurgy system is an important topic in zinc industry. Through control the F and Cl levels it has been possible to reduce the consumption of anode and cathode, to stable product quality, to reduce the corrosion of equipment and pipelines, and to improve the working environment. In this paper, the balance analysis of F and Cl for discharge and into zinc system was carried out to better control the production process and to improve product quality.
