基于度的产品拆卸顺序的确定

摘要 为提高产品拆卸效率,提出用定量数值确定装配体拆卸顺序的方法。利用干涉矩阵以及图论中的度,将零部件所受的约束量化,并建立三维拆卸矩阵,提高了拆卸的并行度。 To improve the efficiency of products' disassembly sequence planning,a new approach based on interference matrix and degree was put forward.This method could determine the disassembly sequence of assembly by quantitative analysis.Moreover,a global-3D disassembly matrix was set up in this way,which enhanced the parallelism of disassembly course.
