摘要
目的研究NO在DM患者血管并发症中的作用。方法高效液相色谱测定74例DM病人和30例正常人血浆NO水平,同时测定甲襞微循环血流及经颅多普勒血流。结果糖尿病组血浆NO水平明显低于对照组(P<001),随着血管并发症的增多,血浆NO的水平也随之降低;甲襞微循环总积分DMM组较对照组增高(P<001),血流速度明显减慢(P<001),颅底动脉血流速度明显高于对照组(P<001);DM病人血浆NO与微循环血流速度呈直线正相关,NO与颅底动脉血流速度呈负相关。结论NO可影响DM病人的血液动力学变化,其水平的高低在一定程度上反映了DM及血管损伤的程度。
Objective\ The most common cause of
morbidity and mortality in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM) is vascular disease.Nitric oxide
(NO) has been noted for its levels and role in DM.To study the alternation of NO in plasma of
patients with DM and DM related vascular complications.Method\ The levels of NO in plasma
were measured with high performance liquid chromatography in 74 cases of DM and 30 cases
of normal subjects.We also measured blood flow of nail fold microcirculation and blood flow
measured by transcranial Doppler.Result\ The NO concentrations in plasma were found to be
decreased in the patients with diabetes compared with those of the control subjects( P <0 01).
The decreased NO levels and the elevated were related to hypertension and/or DM angiopathy.
Blood flow velocity of nail fold microcircultion were found to be slowed in the patients with DM
compared with those of the controls subject ( P <0 01).Blood flow velocity of transcranial
Doppler were found to be increased in the patients with diabetes compared with those of the
controls( P <0 05, P <0 01).NO were correlated positively with blood flow velocity of nail fold
microcirculation and levels of NO were negatively correlated with blood flow velocity measured
by transcranial Doppler in DM.[WT5 HZ]Conclusion\ NO may result in hemodynamic changes in
patients with DM.The decreased NO levels may in some extent reflect the pathological
severities of DM and its vascular complication.
