摘要
保护和开发地区传统技艺是当代区域经济发展中普遍性战略任务。安徽皖南地区传统技艺蕴藏丰富,其开发具有置换实用功能的直接开发模式和潜在经济价值的间接开发模式,存在缺乏全面系统研究、部分传统技艺被过度开发问题。传统技艺经济价值的开发利用,必须以生产性方式开发为主,以法律建设为前提,以市场为导向,探索适合地区特色与市场需求的运行模式。
The protection and development of traditional artistry is a universal and strategic task in contemporary regional economic development.Southern Anhui is a region rich in traditional artistry.It has a functional replacement of direct development model and a potential economic value of indirect development model.However,there is a lack of comprehensive and systematic study with some of the traditional artistry over-exploited.The development and utilization of traditional artistry economy should be market-oriented basing on the productive way of development with the law building as a precondition.Therefore,efforts should be made to explore an appropriate mode of operation to meet the market demand and the local characteristics.
