摘要
风电的大规模并网,对输电网的影响不容忽视。考虑风电出力的随机性及不可控性,建立风电机组发电功率评估模型,计算风电发电功率的期望值;引入风电综合利用指标,统筹风电利用及输电规划成本二者之间的矛盾;建立考虑风电综合利用指标约束的输电规划模型。以18节点系统为例,对比分析传统输电规划模型与考虑风电综合利用指标约束的输电规划模型的两种规划结果的异同,验证考虑风电综合利用指标约束的输电规划模型的有效性。
As the quickly development of wind power,its impact on transmission grid can not be ignored.Considering the random and uncontrollable nature of wind power,the evaluation model of wind turbine power generation was established and the expected value of wind power generation was calculated.The comprehensive index of wind power consumption was introduced in order to address the contradiction between wind power usage and transmission planning investment cost.Then,transmission network planning model basedon considering onconsidering comprehensive index of wind power consumption was displayed.And,its validity was measured by 18-bus system through the comparison to the tradition planning model.
