研发团队成员人格异质性与创新绩效:以交互记忆系统为中介变量 被引量:15

Study on the Relationship between the Personality Heterogeneity and Innovation Performance of R&D Team:Taking Transactive Memory Systems as Intervening Variable

摘要 以2家科研机构中的35个研发团队,共496人为样本,运用"大五"人格量表测量研发团队成员的人格类型,并计算了团队人格异质性的H指标值。交互记忆系统作为中介变量,运用多元回归分析了研发团队成员人格异质性与团队创新绩效的关系。结果显示:研发团队的人格异质性与交互记忆系统强度、创新绩效呈正相关;交互记忆系统在研发团队的人格异质性与创新绩效之间起到部分中介作用。 "The big five" personality measurement table is used to measure the personality type of RD team and index H is calculated,and 496 samples are taken from 33 RD teams of 2 institutes.Taking transactive memory systems as intervening variable,the authors use multiple regressions to study the relationship between the personality heterogeneity and innovation performance of RD team.The result shows that the personality heterogeneity of RD team has positive relationship with the intensity of transactive memory systems and innovation performance and transactive memory systems play a partly intervening variable between personality heterogeneity and innovation performance.
