摘要
图书馆每一个工作环节几乎都涉及到知识产权问题。本文以均衡知识产权保护与最大化读者信息服务之间的矛盾为出发点,详细论述了图书馆业务工作中的知识产权保护措施及应注意的问题。
Almost every aspect of work in the library is related to intellectual property issues. In this paper, the author took a balanced protection of intellectual property and the contradiction between maximize information services and the readers as a starting point, discussed the intellectual property protection in detail in library work.
