摘要
从某医院中青年现阶段的学历状态、科研现状、科研业绩及成效和社会影响中,分析了现阶段在各医院特别是大医院青年中普遍存在的思想动态和科研状态,从一个侧面指出导致现阶段部分医院中青年没有充分发挥其作用的主要原因,同时,从某医院近三年行之有效的做法,说明了采取合理的措施可以达到激发中青年主观能动性的效果。
Cultivation, training, construction, and employment of young and middle - eged health service professionals are explored from perspectives: adaptation to the present and incoming environmental changes featuring Sci - Tech progresses, increased competition, a growing elderly population with greater health care needs, declining reimbursement to fund facilities, education, and research projects; general and specific characters of different hospitals, specialties and subspecialties; current and future technology needs in computer system, informatics, monitoring, medication system ; optimization of time , space and equipment usage for professionals' being successful in raising effectiveness, efficiency, benefits; review successful experiences and make plans with how to set priorities in basic curricula and in continuous education curricula; how to provide innovative approaches in methods and/or curricula; what and how much to remodel, generally, systematically, and partially; rationally establishing Sci - Tech incentive and restraint mechanisms to stimulate, soordinate, analyse, and reward the professional and scientific efforta and achievements.
