介绍了新型HXFA299B棉精梳机的技术性能和生产实践,阐述了机器的主要技术特点和结构创新点,并对机器的机械性能和工艺性能进行了分析和实用性评价。在高速运转下,精梳成纱质量可稳定在乌斯特2007公报25%水平。HXFA299B具有较高的投资性价比,是企业技术改造中精梳机升级换代的优选机型之一。
The technical performance and production practice of the HXFA299B comber were introduced. The main technical characteristics and structure innovation were elaborated, and the mechanical properties and process performance were analyzed and practicability evaluated. At the high of running speed, the yarn quality could reach about USTER 2007 25%. As investment price ratio of the machine is higher, the machine is one of optimized combers in factory technology reforming and upgrade.
