摘要
本文通过老化试验研究了水、酸、碱和紫外光等环境因素对CD-R光盘信息耐久性的影响,结果表明,在室温23-25℃下,水对CD-R光盘的耐久性影响较小,温度越高,光盘的耐久性越差。酸溶液对CD-R光盘的耐久性影响不明显。碱溶液可以使CD-R光盘蜡克层和印刷层脱落致使光盘损坏。在辐照度为136.7-191.9μw/cm2的紫外光下,CD-R光盘表面会产生白色斑点,影响光盘的读取。
This paper discusses the influence of some environment factors on the information durability of CD-R disk by aging experiment,such as water,acid solution,alkaline solution and ultraviolet.It shows that the influence of water to CD-R is not obvious at room temperature(23-25℃),and the durability becomes worse with increasing temperature.Acid solution has little influence on the durability of CD-R.the abscission of lacquer layer and printing layer has made the CD-R failure,which result from the corrosion of alkaline solution.At the irradiance of 136.7-191.9μw/cm2,the white spot on the surface leads to the readability of CD-R decreased.
