尼龙6/改性海泡石复合材料阻燃性能的研究 被引量:6

摘要 对海泡石进行酸化和有机改性,用熔融插层共混法制备了尼龙6(PA6)/改性海泡石(O-Sep)系列阻燃复合材料。结果表明,PA6/O-Sep二元共混复合材料的弯曲强度和拉伸强度比纯PA6高,缺口冲击强度降低,热稳定性小幅升高,阻燃效果不佳;制备了一系列PA6/O-Sep/常规阻燃剂多元共混复合材料,通过测试阻燃效果,发现O-sep与三聚氰胺尿酸盐共混有对抗效应,与氢氧化镁共混阻燃效果一般,与十溴联苯醚,三氧化二锑共混具有很好的协同效应。 The PA6/O-sep series of fire-retardant composite material was prepared by using aci/organic- modified sepiolite and melt intercalate method. The results showed that PA6/O-sep binary blend composite's bending strength and tensile strength was higher than that of neat PA6, notched impact strength was reduced, thermal stability was slightly improved and flame-retardant effect was bad. PA6/O-sep/conventional flame retardants'ternary blends composite materials were prepared. Through testing the flame retardant, it was found that O-sep and MCA were against the effects, O-sep and MH had general effects, O-sep and DB, AO had good synergistic effects.
