摘要
从智能电网的特征、关键技术、体系结构三个方面分析智能电网对电力系统广域测量技术的依赖性,并根据广域测量技术在电力系统中的高级应用说明了其对智能电网的支撑作用,最后以华东电网和宾夕法尼亚—新泽西—马里兰互联电网(PJM)的发展实例进行分析。
The paper analyzes the dependence of Smart Grid on wide-area measurement technology from the perspectives of the features, key technologies and the architecture of Smart Grid, and the support of the technology to Smart Grid is further explained in light of its advanced application to power system. Finally, the development of ECPN and PJM is analysed.
