摘要
在田间试验条件下,研究了不同氮素营养水平时冬小麦对水分胁迫的适应机理和水分利用效果。结果表明,干旱条件下,施氮后,植物叶水势降低,气孔阻力增大,蒸腾速率减弱,抵御干旱的能力增强;净光合速率提高,干物质积累增加;最终使作物单叶水分利用效率和群体水分利用效率分别提高33.3% ~55.7% 和13%
The mechanism of adaptation to water stress and water use efficiency of winter wheat under different N nutrition was studied in the field.The results showed that applying N fertilizer reduced the leaf water potential and increased the stomatal resistance,and thus reduced the transpiration rate,therefore it was beneficial to drought resistance.Owing to the increase of the photosynthetic rate,the accumulation of dry matter was raised.As a result,the leaf water use efficiency and the colony water use efficiency were increased by 33.3%~55.7% and 13% respectively with the increase of N rate even in drier conditions.
